The SCULPTOR HD foamcutter has a simple and clean appearance not found elsewhere. Most competitors foamcutting machines all look alike. The SCULPTOR HD IS DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. The harp (the red structure that carries the hotwires) is one of the reasons that the SCULPTOR is rated HD (heavy duty). This 4" x 2.75" extrusion was designed especially for this foamcutter. So were the strong aluminum castings for the corners. The strength of the harp is one of the reasons that this foamcutter can carry 10 hotwires at once.     The base of the SCULPTOR HD foamcutter is also heavy duty. Bolted together aluminum extrusions are not rigid enough for the demands of some of our customers. This base is a one piece welded steel structure with 4" x 4" square legs and adjustable swivel feet of machined steel with rubber pads. We go to this much trouble so that our machines are sturdy enough for the industrial environment. You benefit because our foamcutters are built to give an unlimited lifetime of service.
