The SCULPTOR HD is the most advanced computer controlled hotwire foamcutter available today. It is constructed of the finest quality components with extruded aluminum shapes that were designed by us to give a clean, simple appearance. Our foamcutters can cut with up to 10 hotwires at the same time (4 wires on the Standard Power version). By using the optional Double Decker block supports, one block of foam can be put on top of another, and the SCULPTOR HD can cut both blocks at the same time using 1 to 5 wires in each block (the number of wires depends on the size of the shapes you are cutting). Four blocks can be placed on the larger size SCULPTOR HD, and the foamcutter will cut two blocks at a time while the operator unloads and loads the other side, or the machine can cut all four and then stop until reloaded. We can also modify the size of the foamcutter to suit special applications. Our goal is to help you cut foam in the least amount of time to increase your profits.

    The SCULPTOR HD is supplied as a complete system. The computer has all the software installed and includes a workstation. The electrical console includes a removable pendant which gives the operator control of the cutting machine without using the computer. This is a great timesaving feature during setup and for simple trimming and cutting jobs. 
    There is also a "feedhold" switch which allows the operator to stop the cutting at any time. Whenever the operator is ready to resume, he just flips the feedhold switch off and the cutting resumes, without leaving a mark where the cutting stopped.
