Machine Guards (one for each end of the table) are shown in the drawing and help to protect the x-axis rails and the harp if machine is placed where it could be hit by a forklift or other object.

Remote control - This 38-function pendant allows you to control your machine from wherever you need to be. It is specially programmed to take advantage of commonly used functions in FlashCut such as jogging, point moves, setting zero, controlling your program, homing and turning on and off the hotwire. It can also be easily programmed from the FlashCut software interface for any special function that you need for your application. It connects to your PC using a 10' USB cable (included). It also includes a clear, flexible cover to keep dirt away from the keys without losing any functionality.
FCRC - $450.00
Isolated hotwire circuit - this option provides an additional degree of safety because the hotwire is isolated from the machine frame. This will prevent the operator from being shocked should they be grounded to the frame (by touching a conductive part of the machine) and touch the hotwire at the same time.
IHC - $750.00
Ultimate hotwire - 200 foot roll of .014" hotwire.
UH - $150.00
Flat hotwire - 10 foot length, used with the turntable, arch cutter and lathe attachments.
FH - $60.00
Custom MASTER SCULPTOR - can be built to any size.

Multiple wire cutting attachment for cutting with up to 4 hotwires at once.
Turntable for cutting round or faceted shapes like balusters, column bases and capitals, etc.
Arch cutter attachment for cutting shapes in an arc to fit archways, round window openings etc.
Lathe attachment to cut any type of column or round or faceted shape.
A Four axis (independent axis) version of the MASTER SCULPTOR will be available soon for cutting shapes that cannot be cut on a two axis machine such as tapered columns, tapered letters, etc.
